Local Volunteers Acknowledged for their Contributions towards Economic Development in rural Atlantic Canada!

The Atlantic Association of Community Business Development Corporations (CBDCs) honored four CBDC volunteer board members at its 2009 Annual General Meeting & Conference held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, in Moncton, New Brunswick on Thursday, September 17th, 2009.

Stan Reid of Heart’s Delight, Newfoundland and Labrador was presented with an Outstanding Volunteer Recognition Award by Jean Yves Thériault, FCGA, President of the Atlantic Association of CBDCs. The award was given to Stan for his outstanding contributions and devotion to community economic development in rural Atlantic Canada.
